An ophthalmic clinic chair having an improved structure comprising a base frame (1), a seat plate (3) located on the upper part of the base frame (1), and a back rest (5) connected to the back of the seat plate (3) to be rotated, comprises: a tilting means unit (100) installed on the lower part of the seat plate (3) and the rear part of the back rest (5) to rotate the back rest (5); a lifting means unit (200) having the lower part supported by the base frame (1), and having the upper part coupled with the lower part of the seat plate (3); and a rotating means unit (300) including a support (310) coupled with the upper part of the lifting means unit (200), a rotator (330) rotated by being coupled with the support (310), and integrated to the seat plate (3), and a rotation friction reducing means (350) located between the support (310) and the rotator (330). |
