PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder magnetic core which contains a nanocrystal and is produced by crushing a soft magnetic alloy of an amorphous single phase containing Fe, B, P, Cu and Sn, as it is without a heat treatment, to obtain an amorphous alloy powder, mixing the obtained amorphous alloy powder with a binder and pressure-molding and heat-treating and a production method of the powder magnetic core.SOLUTION: A soft magnetic alloy powder is of a compositional formula of FeSiBPCuSn, with a, b, c, x, y and z satisfying conditions 79≤a≤86at%, 0≤b≤10at%, 1≤c≤14at%, 1≤x≤15at%, 0.4≤y≤2at%, 0.5≤z≤6at% and 0.04≤y/x≤1.20, and consists of an amorphous single phase. A powder magnetic core produced by using the soft magnetic alloy powder is also provided. |
