PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source substrate which efficiently extracts light.SOLUTION: A light source substrate 80 includes: a substrate 52 having a mounting surface on which LEDs 51 are mounted; and a reflection part 81 which is formed by a silicone resin and installed on the mounting surface of the substrate 52. The substrate 52 includes: a base 83; an insulating layer 84; and an electrode layer 85. The electrode layer 85 is formed overlapping with the insulating layer 84. A wiring pattern is formed on the mounting surface of the substrate 52. The wiring pattern is included in the electrode layer 85. Each LED 51 includes: a package body 86; an electrode 87; and a heat sink 88. The electrode 87 is electrically connected with the wiring pattern of the substrate 52 by a joint part 82. The reflection part 81 overlaps with the electrode layer 85 of the substrate 52 in a layering manner to be exposed in a light emission direction of the LEDs 51. The reflection part 81 is laid on the entire mounting surface of the substrate 52 which excludes the joint part 82. |
