PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate which is excellent in flexibility and fatigue resistance while having high ozone crack resistance, and to provide a tire obtained by using the laminate.SOLUTION: The laminate includes: a coating film 12 containing modified polyvinyl alcohol which has a straight-chain, alicyclic, branched or aromatic group and on which a functional group having 20-10,000 molecular weight is grafted; and a rubber layer 11 disposed in contact with the coating film 12. An introduction ratio of the functional group to be grafted is 0.5-50 mol% of the vinyl alcohol unit of a main chain. An acryl group-containing oligosilanol group is further grafted on the modified polyvinyl alcohol. The introduction ratio of the acryl group-containing oligosilanol group is 0.5-10 mol% of the vinyl alcohol unit of the main chain. |
