PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device capable of acquiring a composite image, which never impairs the sense of resolution, in a short time.SOLUTION: An imaging device includes an imaging element 22 having a plurality of pixels arranged two-dimensionally at a predetermined pixel pitch, a VCM23 for shifting the pixels in non-integral multiple of pixel pitch, a microcomputer 45 for setting a specific area, making the VCM23 shift the pixels, and making the imaging element 22 image at a plurality of pixel shift positions, and a synthesizing section 31 for generating composite image data of high resolution by synthesizing a plurality of image data thus acquired. The imaging device acquires the image data in a specific area and the image data in other than a specific area at different timing. |
