PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus generating a more natural three-dimensional image, and to provide an imaging device and an image processing program.SOLUTION: An image processing apparatus includes an acquisition unit for acquiring image data, an evaluation map generation unit 231 for generating an evaluation map where the evaluation values of the areas of a subject included in an image of the image data are arranged two-dimensionally in association with the positions of the areas of a subject, a determination unit 232 for determining the adjustment parameter values for adjusting the amount of parallax that is applied when generating the parallax image data from the image data, in association with the evaluation values of the evaluation map, and a generation unit 233 for generating the parallax image data becoming an image having the amounts of parallax adjusted each other, by applying the adjustment parameter values to the image data. |
