PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating device capable of heating various kinds of shrink-fitted holders of different thickness types or shape types by means of one kind of induction heating coils.SOLUTION: Regarding an induction heating coil 5, a maximum value of an allowable total heating time allowed to shrink insertion and shrink withdrawal of a shrink-fitted holder with lowest heating efficiency at a heating position is defined as a maximum allowable heating time Tm. An inner coil diameter that makes possible the shrinkage insertion and the shrinkage withdrawal of the shrinkage-fitted holder with the low heating efficiency within the maximum allowable heating time (Tm) is defined as a maximum inner coil diameter. An inner coil diameter Y of a coil part 15 ranges from 50% to 99.9% of the maximum inner coil diameter. A coil width (H) is ±30% of a maximum tool designated insertion depth Lm within a group of the shrinkage-fitted holders to be used, and a winding form is a single wound coil form.
