PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a mounting member capable of preventing a clip from falling from a mounting seat by improving retaining force of the clip to the mounting seat.SOLUTION: In a mounting structure including a mounting seat 10 and a clip 20 for mounting a mounting member 1 to a mounted member 5, the mounting seat 10 has a cylindrical wall 11, and a plurality of ribs 13 disposed on its inner peripheral face, the clip 20 has a base portion 21 engaged with the mounting seat 10, and a locking leg 25 (locking portion) engaged with a mounting hole 7, and the base portion 21 has a shaft portion 30 inserted into the cylindrical wall 11, a plurality of locking blades 33 formed along an outer peripheral direction of the shaft portion, and respectively biting into the ribs 13 when the shaft portion 30 is rotated around an axis of the cylindrical wall 11, and a connection wall portion 37 formed on an outer peripheral face of the shaft portion 30 along the axial direction and connected to the plurality of locking blades 33. |
