The present invention relates to a functional plate for orthognathic operation, for fixing each bone segment so as to maintain the corrected state by operation without rotating a distal bone segment contained with the tooth, when a proximal bone segment contained with a jaw joint after operating lower orthognathic operation by bone fracture of the lower jawbone. According to the present invention, the functional plate of orthognathic operation comprises: a proximal bone segment side fixing unit arranged on the proximal bone segment of the lower jawbone, and formed with a hole for coupling a screw; a first distal bone fragment side fixing unit extended from the proximal bone segment side fixing unit, and arranged in the distal segment of the law jawbone, for preventing the head of the coupled screw to be penetrated and enabling the body of the screw to be penetrated; and a second distal bone segment side fixing unit extended on the position adjacent to the first distal bone segment side fixing unit and arranged on the distal bone segment of the low jawbone, and equipped with a cutting unit opened with a portion of the outer circumferential surface of the hole for coupling the screw. |
