PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery system capable of solving a problem that active lithium which is generated by cutting active lithium and is not electrically connected to a negative electrode plate cannot be dissolved even by performing dissolution processing.SOLUTION: The occupation rate (γ) of the amount of active lithium which is generated by cutting active lithium and is not subjected to a dissolution reaction is calculated on the basis of at least one of a current value under charging of a lithium ion secondary battery (10) and a duration time under charging. When this rate is not less than a predetermined value (γ_th), no dissolution processing is performed. When the rate of the amount of active lithium subjected to no dissolution reaction is not less than the predetermined value, it is difficult to return active lithium to lithium ions even when the dissolution processing is performed. Accordingly, no execution of the dissolution processing can suppress that the dissolution processing is vainly performed. |
