PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-fouling paint that can achieve both an excellent low-fouling property and good paint film appearance.SOLUTION: There is provided a low-fouling paint composition used for forming low-fouling paint film on the surface of a base material and comprising a hydrophilizing agent (A) comprising one or both of alkyl silicate compound and a partial hydrolysis-condensate thereof, and a defoaming agent (B) comprising fluorine compound, and in which, the mass ratio of the defoaming agent (B) to the hydrophilizing agent (A) is 0.009 to 20%. |
