A blood pressure measurement system according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a measurement unit which includes a plurality of photo-plethysmography measurement sensors arranged separately at a fixed interval and a communication part for transmitting photo-plethysmography measurement values measured by the photo-plethysmography measurement sensors; and a blood pressure calculation part which receives the photo-plethysmography measurement values measured by the photo-plethysmography measurement sensors, and calculates blood pressure from the received photo-plethysmography measurement value.
