ROLL TO ROLL FILM PATTERNING APPARATUS USING A LASER

A roll-to-roll film patterning apparatus using a laser is provided. Regarding an apparatus for forming an engraved pattern on the surface of a base film using a laser, the present invention includes: a supplying unit for supplying the base film in a single direction, by being prepared with an unwinding roll where the base film is wound in a predetermined amount in the form of a scroll, and by being prepared with an upper contact roll and a lower driving roll in contact with the upper and lower surfaces of the base film unwound from the unwinding roll; a laser processing unit for forming a first engraved pattern or a first via-hole on one surface of the base film by being prepared with a first adsorption pad connected to a first vacuum suction line for adsorbing and fixating the base film which is temporarily paused between a first inlet guide roll and a first outlet guide roll when the upper contact roll is separated from the lower driving roll, and by being prepared with a first laser device for irradiating a laser beam on the base film; and a rewinding unit for winding the base film formed with the first engraved pattern or the first via-hole on at least one surface, by being prepared with a winding roll for winding the base film, which is processed with a laser by the first laser device, in a predetermined amount in the form of a scroll.
