The present invention relates to a detachable water leak-proof apparatus for an expansion joint of a bridge using a permanent magnet. The detachable water leak-proof apparatus for an expansion joint of a bridge using a permanent magnet comprises: a bridge deck assembly (100) which includes a first concrete slab (111) arranged on the top of a first box girder (110) and a second concrete slab (121) arranged on the top of a second box girder (120) adjacent to the first box girder (110); multiple support units (200) which are installed along the bottom edges of the first and second concrete slabs (111, 121); multiple permanent magnets (900) which are bolted to the support units (200) at regular intervals; a discharge guide unit (300) which is arranged under an expansion joint (130) for connecting the first and second concrete slabs (111, 121) to each other and forms an inner flow path; and a metal plate (400) of which the bottom is bolted to the other end of the discharge guide unit (300) and the top is attached to the permanent magnets (900). Thus, the present invention facilitates cleaning, improves cost-efficiency, and improves the convenience of maintenance.
