PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of chocolate, with high productivity.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of chocolate includes the following steps A to C: step A: conching a raw material composition A with a conching apparatus to produce an intermediate product and taking out the intermediate product from the conching apparatus; step B: cleaning the intermediate product remaining in the conching apparatus after the step A with a reserved oil to produce a cleaning product A; and step C: mixing the intermediate product with the cleaning product A to produce a chocolate. The raw material composition A is a raw material to be added until completion of the step A. The reserved oil is an oil to be mixed with chocolate, for use in cleaning the residue remaining in the apparatus. |
