a phospholipid extract at a concentration ranging from 50 mg to 2 g, the phospholipid extract having phosphatidylcholine-docosahexanoic acid and phosphatidylethanolamine-docoshexanoic acid at a ratio ranging from 1:1 to 2:1, wherein the amount of phosphatidylcholine-docosahexanoic acid comprises from 7.5% to 10% the amount of phospholipids in the supplement, and an effective amount of stabilizer that improves shelf life. |
