The present invention relates to a reset diagnosis device (10) which accesses a mobile communication terminal (20) to diagnose the cause of a reset of the mobile communication terminal. The reset diagnosis device (10) includes: a communication unit (11) which communicates with the mobile communication terminal and copies dump logs; a log integration unit (13) which extracts reset logs only, which are the reset history of the mobile communication terminal, from the copied dump logs to integrate the extracted reset logs as a reset log file; a parsing unit (14) which parses the integrated reset log file; a classification unit (15) which classifies the reset logs which are the reset history of the mobile communication terminal from the dump logs parsed by the parsing unit according to reset type; and a determining unit (16) which determines whether a reset caused by a hardware failure of the mobile communication terminal exists from the reset logs which the classification unit has classified according to type.
