The present invention relates to a spiral wound-type forward osmosis separation membrane module and a manufacturing method thereof. The module comprises: a forward osmosis separation membrane (1); a center pipe (2) for introducing and discharging a draw solution; a hollow pipe (3) for discharging the diluted draw solution after penetrating the draw solution introduced to the center pipe (2) through the forward osmosis separation membrane (1); and a cover (4) for covering the forward osmosis separation membrane (1), the center pipe (2), and the hollow pipe (3). According to the present invention, the spiral wound-type forward osmosis separation membrane is capable of reducing pressure loss and resistance to a flow by making a flow path of the draw solution in a straight line after connecting the forward osmosis separation membrane, and increasing a flow rate penetrated by including a hollow pipe perforated with a plurality of holes, connecting the forward osmosis separation membrane, and facilitating the introduction of the draw solution to the inside.
