PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forceps device which can also be suitably used as a high frequency hemostatic forceps when a high-frequency current is supplied from the outside.SOLUTION: A forceps device comprises: an elongated barrel part; a pair of gripping pieces 12 which is arranged at the distal end of the barrel part, at least one of which is electrically conductive, and which is relatively openable/closable; a power output part 13a which is arranged at the proximal end of the barrel part and outputs power; a power conversion mechanism 14 for connecting the pair of gripping pieces 12 and the power output part 13a and converting the power output by the power output part 13a into a relative open/close operation of the pair of gripping pieces 12; and an insulating member 15 which is arranged on a path connecting the pair of gripping pieces 12 and the power output part 13a via the power conversion mechanism 14 and electrically insulates the pair of gripping pieces 12 and the power output part 13a. |
