PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical ultrasonic transmission instrument used independently of an ultrasonic probe whose surface can be deformed to a complicated shape of a finger, etc.SOLUTION: A medical ultrasonic transmission instrument used for acoustic coupling between an ultrasonic probe 12 and an object region 11 and used independently of the ultrasonic probe includes a liquid ultrasonic transmission medium 3 and a sealing disposed between the ultrasonic probe and the object region, in which the ultrasonic transmission medium is encapsulated. A first surface including a surface that is in contact with the object region of the sealing is formed of flexible films 1a and 1b that can be deformed according to the shape of the object region, and a second surface including a surface that is in contact with the ultrasonic probe of the sealing is formed of a hard member 2a which is harder than the first surface. |
