PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gene polymorphism analysis device which can be used for readily grasping a determination result and accuracy of the determination result.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a gene polymorphism analysis device 1 which determines the allele mating type of a gene polymorphism on the basis of variation per hour of a first and second fluorescence intensities measured on the first and second alleles which compose a gene polymorphism of a target DNA. The determination of the allele mating type of the gene polymorphism is performed on a sample arranged in M line N sequence to be arranged in M line N sequence so as to correspond to an arrangement method of the sample, and a graph which shows the variation per hour of the first and second fluorescence intensities in each sample is displayed on a display 13. |
