where R1, R2 and R3 are independently selected alkyl or alkoxy groups containing from 1 through 8 carbon atoms provided that at least one of said groups is an ethoxy group, and alternatively provided that all three of said groups are ethoxy groups, R4 is an alkanediyl group containing from 0 through 8 carbon atoms, Si is silicon, N is nitrogen and O is oxygen. |
