PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deodorant storage chamber capable of prolonging the lifetime of an ion generator.SOLUTION: A deodorant storage chamber includes: an outer box 3 in which a housing part 4 having an opening part 3a is formed; a lid part 10 opening/closing the opening part 3a; a circulation duct 20 opening a suction port 21a facing the housing part 4 and a blow-out port 22a; an air blower 25 disposed in the circulation duct 20; an ion generating device 26 discharging ions into the circulation duct 20; and a cooling device 8 cooling the inside of the housing part 4, and cools the inside of the housing part 4 into a prescribed temperature range Tr by activating and stopping the cooling device 8. The ion generator 26 is activated when the housing part 4 has a temperature higher than a first switching temperature T1 in the temperature range Tr, and the ion generator 26 is stopped when the housing part 4 has a temperature lower than the first switching temperature T1. |
