PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing sheet which does not decrease production efficiency of a vehicle molding ceiling material and expresses enough rigidity because the reinforcing sheet is hard to tear when drawn out even if a basis weight is low, the vehicle molding ceiling material including the reinforcing sheet, and a manufacturing method of the reinforcing sheet.SOLUTION: A reinforcing sheet of a vehicle molding ceiling material contains 5-35 mass% of glass fiber monofilament and 65-95 mass% of glass fiber strand.
