PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lidocaine-containing percutaneous absorption preparation which can be produced conveniently and can express lidocaine drug action rapidly.SOLUTION: The invention provides a percutaneous absorption preparation in which an adhesive layer containing an agent is formed on a support. The adhesive contains (a) lidocaine or a salt thereof, (b) lactic acid, (c) thermoplastic elastomer, and (d) liquid paraffin, wherein the molar content of the lactic acid (b) is more than 0.9 times to less than 1.0 times to the molar content of the lidocaine. |
