PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary battery capable of improving steam barrier properties while securing insulation properties.SOLUTION: A secondary battery 10 includes: a metal foil laminated film 20 formed by laminating a metal foil layer and a heat-fusion resin layer; a non-conducting laminated film 30 formed by laminating a non-conducting barrier layer and a heat-fusion resin layer; a battery element housed between the metal foil laminated film 20 and the non-conducting laminated film 30; a positive electrode lead and a negative electrode lead 42 which extend from the battery element toward the outside of the battery; and a tab sealant 44 provided only between the positive electrode lead and the metal foil laminated film 20 and between the negative electrode lead 42 and the metal foil laminated film 20. |
