PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information communication system capable of directly acquiring an image effective for grasping the situation in disaster occurrence and searching for an aged wanderer or discovering a suspicious person, and an information communication method.SOLUTION: In the case where a disaster or a criminal case occurs, a center station device 10 transmits audio data for public-address broadcasting to a terminal station device 30 and, on the other hand, transmits public-address broadcasting area information relating to the disaster or the criminal case to a camera server. While referring to a preset information table registered beforehand, a camera server 50 instructs a change of a predetermined direction or angle of view to a monitoring camera 60 which is capable of imaging the inside of a public-address broadcasting area on the basis of the public-address broadcasting area information transmitted from the center station device. The monitoring camera performs the change into the predetermined direction or angle of view by performing operation control on its own universal head and zoom mechanism and then transmits a captured image to the camera server. The camera server transmits the image transmitted from the monitoring camera to the center station device. The center station device displays the image transmitted from the camera server on a monitor screen. |
