The present invention relates to an automatic fermented food packaging system to automatically package a packaging pack in which a fermented food is placed, comprising: a conveyor sequentially moving the packaging pack in which the fermented food is placed; an air removing device composed of a pressing unit having a pressing plate configured on an upper side of the conveyor to press a vacant portion of the packaging pack sequentially moved along the conveyor and to form wrinkles on the packaging pack, an aggregating unit having an aggregating gripper configured on the upper side of the conveyor to aggregate and grip the wrinkles formed on the packaging pack, and an air discharge unit connected to the aggregating unit to discharge air from the packaging pack; a twisting device having an interlocked tongs unit configured on the upper side of the conveyor to twist the packaging pack from which the air has been discharged, and a fixating unit holding and fixating the packaging pack; and a packaging finishing device composed of a cable tie fastening unit fastening a lower end of a twisted portion of the packaging pack with a cable tie, a fastening and cutting unit fastening a middle end of the twisted portion of the packaging pack with a clip and cutting an upper side position of the packaging pack fastened with the clip, and a scrap removing unit having processing tongs gripping the twisted upper side portion of the packaging pack to process the portion cut by the fastening and cutting unit.
