An integrated membership management system according to the present invention is a system which integrates and manages a plurality of affiliates and franchises by using a mobile device. The integrated membership management system comprises: an affiliate application which is installed for an affiliate having a plurality of customers, such as finance, telecommunication, and the like and includes an integrated membership service association module; a franchise application which is installed for a franchise according to a location or a type of business and includes an integrated membership service association module; and an integrated membership management server which includes a customer information database managing information of the affiliate and the franchise and information of a customer who uses the affiliate or franchise application. Therefore, content and services can be provided to the customer in association with the affiliate or other franchises desired by the franchise. In addition, the affiliate can provide franchise content and services to the target customer group by selecting a group such as the type of business, the location of the franchise, and the like, and can use the franchise content and services for the marketing through advertisement content. |
