The present invention relates to a method for warning abnormal conditions of an air purifier of a respirator. The method for warning abnormal conditions of the air purifier of the respirator outputs different color, flickering period, and display pattern of light emitting diodes (LED) when the air purifier of the respirator fails so as to warn and inform other workers around a worker about abnormal conditions of the air purifier including battery discharge, errors generated by the clogging of a filtering device due to foreign materials, load rate abnormality of the filtering device, errors such as blockage of a filtering device caused by foreign substances, an abnormal load ratio of the filtering device, errors, abnormalities, failures, risks, etc. generated by exceeding usage time and replacement period of the filtering device, wherein the filter device supplies purified air to the worker after purifying polluted outside air. Therefore, the method of the present invention prevents a dangerous situation that polluted outside air is inhaled by the worker through the respirator without being filtered and purified from occurring. The configuration of the method for warning abnormal conditions of the air purifier of the respirator comprises a respirator worn by a worker; an air purifier which is connected to the respirator through an air supplying pipe, and includes a filtering device for purifying polluted air introduced therein from the outside; and a control unit which is controllable and arranged in the air purifier. Accordingly, the method for warning abnormal situations of the air purifier of the respirator warns and informs other workers around a worker who wears the air purifier about errors, failures, and dangerous situations of the air purifier and the filtering device through an LED warning window disposed on a front surface of the air purifier. |
