The present invention relates to a co-crystallized material of which celecoxib and structured sugar-alcohol or saccharides are co-crystallized together. The present invention further relates to a composition comprising the same, and to a method for producing the co-crystallized material. According to the present invention, solubility and the leaching rate in an aqueous solution increase in comparison with a single celecoxib itself. Thus, pharmaceutical bioavailability can be enhanced.
