The present invention relates to a pipe tube-type electrode which separates and collects hydrogen-rich water and oxygen-rich water using electrolysis, and to an apparatus for generating electrolytic reduced water which has a rod having a through hole where ions flow in the electrode, and can be concentrated. The apparatus for generating electrolytic reduced water according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a pipe-type structure of which both ends are gone through; and a plurality of electrodes which are disposed in an inner side of the pipe-type structure, have polarity by applying power supply, and electrolyze liquid by immersing a part of the electrodes in the liquid. |
