PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a light-emitting device which enables improvement of heat radiation characteristics of a phosphor-containing resin and reliability.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a light-emitting device 10 according to one embodiment of the invention includes the steps of: preparing an LED chip 12 mounted on a substrate 11; and dropping droplets of a phosphor-containing resin 14 and covering the LED chip 12. The droplets are dot-printed onto the substrate 11 or the LED chip 12 by ink-jet.
