摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor laser device capable of detecting failures in a laser diode with efficiency by a small number of photodiodes.SOLUTION: A semiconductor laser device comprises: a plurality of first transmission and reflection parts BSH that transmit and reflect laser light of a laser diode LD, and that are provided so as to correspond to a plurality of first groups obtained by dividing a plurality of laser diodes; a plurality of second transmission and reflection parts BSV that are provided so as to correspond to a plurality of second groups obtained by extracting one laser diode different from one another from the respective first groups and grouping the extracted laser diodes; a plurality of first laser detectors PDH that detect the laser light reflected at the respective transmission and reflection parts, and that detect the laser light of all laser diodes reflected at the respective first transmission and reflection parts for each second group; a plurality of second laser detectors PDV that detect the laser light of all laser diodes reflected at the respective second transmission and reflection parts for each first group; and an optical coupling part 10 that combines the laser light transmitted at the respective transmission and reflection parts.
