PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light-emitting device and an organic display device that can suppress deterioration of a layer composed of an oxide semiconductor, and an organic film that are included in a configuration, and that has excellent light emitting characteristics over a long time period.SOLUTION: In a display panel, an encapsulation layer 111 is formed so as to cover an upper part in a Z-axis direction of an organic film, such as an organic light-emitting layer, in a display region. The encapsulation layer 111 has a configuration that an AlOx film 1111, an SiN film 1112, and an AlOx film 1113 are sequentially laminated from a lower side in the Z-axis direction. The encapsulation layer 111 is extended to a part between a substrate 101 and an encapsulation wall 116, in a surrounding region 10b. The AlOx film 1111 is interposed between the substrate 101 and the SiN film 1112. An edge end of the SiN film 1112 is sandwiched between the AlOx film 1111 and the AlOx film 1113. The SiN film 1112 is formed by using the CVD method, and the AlOx films 1111 and 1113 are formed by using the ALD method. |
