A record low specification section 24 specifies a reference price of the article from the sales prices of the article collected by the price collection section 22. A sales price determination section 25 specifies a value of a variable price parameter of the article, the sales prices of which have been collected, of a distributor, and defines, as the sales price when the distributor sells the article, a value obtained by performing a prescribed calculation from the reference value specified by the record low specification section 24, using the specified variable price parameter. |
