摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal connection structure, a terminal connection method, and a motor, capable of individually managing press-fit states of a plurality of terminals on the basis of a press-fit load.SOLUTION: Projection heights of respective bus bars 13, 14, and 15 to a surface of a motor 11 are all different from one another. Therefore, timings when respective terminal parts 23b, 24b, and 25b are press-fitted into slits 13a, 14a, and 15a of the respective bus bars 13, 14, and 15 are all different from one another. Every time when press-fitting of the respective terminal parts 23b, 24b, and 25b into the respective slits 13a, 14a, and 15a is started, inclination of a load detected via a load sensor 31 is changed. That is, to the detected load, press-fit states of the three terminal parts 23b, 24b, and 25b are individually reflected as change in inclination. Accordingly, the press-fit states of the respective terminal parts 23b, 24b, and 25b can be managed on the basis of the load.
