According to the present invention, an authentication method using variable data recognition is executed by a program of a wireless terminal which can execute a designated authentication procedure while having resources of M (M>=1) capable of recognizing the variable data. The method includes the steps of: checking the m-th (1<=m<=M) resource corresponding to at least one combination for recognizing the variable data from an outside medium physically separated from the wireless terminal in the resources in the wireless terminal; checking whether the variable data is recognized from the medium on the outside of the wireless terminal through the m-th terminal or setting the operation of the m-th resource to recognize the variable data from the medium on the outside of the wireless terminal; and applying the variable data recognized through the m-th resource from the medium on the outside of the wireless terminal to the authentication procedure of the wireless terminal. The variable data includes data in an one-time code format dynamically generated in the medium according to code generation rules included in the medium on the outside of the wireless terminal.
