The present invention relates to a producing method of raw rice wine using loess water, and raw rice wine using loess water produced by the method. The raw rice wine is produced by using the loess water produced through scooping up clear water after adding, mixing and aging ocher, charcoal, elvan and sericite in water. The raw rice wine is easy to industrialize due to extended expiration date, as well as meeting various consumer′s preferences by improving a thick and tasteless aftertaste in comparison with existing raw rice wine and increasing refreshment. |
