PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode material for a power storage device that can implement a power storage device having large capacity and excellent durability.SOLUTION: An electrode material for a power storage device is a carbon material having a regular layer structure, and the interlayer distance of the electrode material which is measured by X-ray diffraction ranges from not less than 0.36 nm to not more than 0.44 nm. When the atom ratio of carbon, hydrogen and oxygen in the carbon material is normalized as CHO, x ranges from not less than 0 to not more than 0.2, and y is larger than 0. |
