PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire an estimation error or a degree of reliability in positioning between images.SOLUTION: An image processing device includes: a first estimation part for estimating deformation between a first image and a second image by a first condition, and acquiring first deformation information; a second estimation part for estimating deformation between the first image and the second image by a second condition different from the first condition, and acquiring second deformation information; and an acquisition part for acquiring an estimation error or a degree of reliability of the deformation in a point on the images based on the difference between the first deformation information and the second deformation information. |
