PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a saddle riding type electric vehicle capable of preventing the vehicle posture from being unstable when connecting a power supply connector provided in a charging apparatus to a power receiving connector provided in a vehicle body as well as when disconnecting the power supply connector from the power receiving connector.SOLUTION: A power receiving connector 31 has a connection port for connecting a power supply connector in a first direction. A gripped part 22 to be gripped by an operator is provided in the vicinity of the power receiving connector 31. At least a portion of the gripped part 22 is positioned, with respect to the power receiving connector 31, in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction when seeing the connection port of the power receiving connector 31 in the first direction. |
