PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition for tire tread, abrasion resistance and low rolling resistance of which are improved to a level equal to or better than the conventional level while improving on-ice performance.SOLUTION: The rubber composition comprises, relative to 100 pts.wt of a diene-based rubber containing 40 to 90 wt% of a natural rubber and 10 to 60 wt% of a butadiene rubber, 30 to 70 pts.wt of carbon black, 0 to 20 pts.wt of silica, 2 to 15 pts.wt of a farnesene polymer, and 1 to 10 pts.wt of diatomaceous earth blended. A total of the carbon black and silica is 30 to 70 pts.wt and a ratio (A/B) of a blended amount, A pts.wt, of the farnesene polymer and a blended amount, B pts.wt,of the diatomaceous earth is 2 or more and 5 or less. |
