PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a fruit wine or a sweet fruit wine with an enhanced HDMF concentration, and a fruit wine or a sweet fruit wine.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a fruit wine or a sweet fruit wine includes adding a first yeast to a fruit juice which contains an HDMF glycoside for fermentation, and adding a second yeast which has a higher alcohol resistance than the first yeast to the fruit juice for fermentation. Consequently the HDMF concentration is enhanced.
