PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique that enables a communication device to appropriately establish radio connection with a target external device.SOLUTION: An MFP 10 receives a Probe Req. signal from a terminal device TDb (T20) after WFD connection operation (T16) is performed. Because a character string "DIRECT-" is not written in the Probe Req. signal, the MFP 10 determines that radio connection with the terminal device TDb should not be established (T22). In addition, the MFP 10 receives a Probe Req. signal from a terminal device TDa (T24) after the WFD connection operation (T16) is performed. Because the Probe Req. signal is a request in accordance with a WPS system, and the character string "DIRECT-" is written in the Probe Req. signal, the MFP 10 determines that WFD connection with the terminal device TDa should be established (T26), transmits a Probe Res. signal to the terminal device TDa (T28), and establishes WFD connection with the terminal device TDa (T30). |
