PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor installation structure with a simple structure capable of shielding a sensor from external magnetic force.SOLUTION: A sensor installation structure is provided to install a resolver 40 having a resolver rotor 42 to be rotated against an annular resolver stator 41 on a motor 3 for rotating a motor rotor 32 attached to a motor shaft 33 by magnetic force generated from a motor stator 31 installed in a motor case 30. The resolver rotor 42 is attached to the motor shaft 33 and a resolver stator 41 is installed to the motor case 30 through a sensor holder 45. The sensor holder 45 has a body part 45a having a bottomed cylindrical shape including a center line CL1 of the motor shaft 33 as a center axis and forming a through hole on a bottom 45a2, and in the body part 45a, a peripheral wall part 45a1 formed on the periphery of the bottom 45a2 supports the resolver stator 41 from the outer peripheral side. |
