PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disconnection detection device capable of preventing erroneous detection caused by a load change.SOLUTION: A disconnection detection device A1 includes a current change vector generation section 1 and a disconnection determination section 2. On the basis of current signals ito idetected by current transformers CT1-CT3 for gauges disposed in distribution lines (a), (b) and (c) of three phases, respectively, and voltage signals vto vdetected by potential transformers PT1-PT3 for gauges, respectively, in the current change vector generation part 1, line current vectors of the phases are converted into vectors of phase voltage criteria and a change vector is generated and outputted. On the basis of vectors outputted by the current change vector generation section 1, the disconnection determination section 2 determines whether a disconnection occurs in the distribution lines. It is difficult to discriminate the load change and the disconnection on the basis of the line current vectors but the discrimination can be performed on the basis of a difference in the current change vectors of the phase voltage criteria. Therefore, the erroneous detection caused by the load change can be prevented in the disconnection detection. |
