PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service management system with which a manager in the office can give advice to a driver when a vehicle is about to exceed a continuous travel time.SOLUTION: In a service management system, a digital tachograph counts a continuous travel time Ta of a vehicle (S2), and when the continuous travel time Ta reaches an advance notice time T1 that is set 30 minutes before a time limit T2 (S3), transmits an advance notice event to an office PC (S4). When the office PC receives the advance notice event, displays a message of advance warning for continuous travel on a screen of a display part as emergency information.
