PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming method, a program and an image forming device which suppresses the deterioration of image quality and can improve color reproduction in inkjet recording.SOLUTION: An image forming method includes an apply process for applying a treatment liquid which turns an ink into at least one side state of thickening and coagulation onto a recording medium and a control process which controls an ejection amount of ink in accordance with image data. Therein, in the control process, an ejection amount of ink droplet ejected prior to an adjacent pixel in a main scanning direction is reduced as compared to an ejection amount of ink droplet ejected onto the adjacent pixel, and the ejection amount of ink droplet ejected onto the adjacent pixel is controlled so as to increase a reduced amount part of the ink ejection amount.
