PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transport robot which, in an In-Line process and a process continuous in one direction, induces a rapid process flow with a transported object and shortens process time to increase process efficiency.SOLUTION: A transport robot is capable of performing: a first horizontal movement for which a slide base or the like is disposed along a first rail; rotation with the rotation center axis of a rotor or the like as a reference; a vertical movement along a second rail of a vertical slide or the like; and a second horizontal movement of a robot arm or the like. Accordingly, a transported object can be transferred, and in an In-Line process and a process continuous in one direction, a rapid process flow is induced with the transported object and process time is shortened, thus improving process efficiency. |
